Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

I am so excited about this piece. It is certainly one of my all time favorites! I have been experimenting with milk paint the last couple of months and I LOVE it. This piece started off like this ->.

Now for all of you antique lovers, I let this piece sit for sale in its' "as is" condition for several months before picking up the paint brush. The dresser was completely sanded and painted with Turquoise milk paint. I finished it with Watco Danish Oil in Medium Walnut and topped it off with pretty blooming yellow knobs. I am planning a more "in depth" post on using milk paint very soon.
