Perfectly imperfect, right? I started painting this bench with no direction in mind. I painted the entire piece aqua before deciding to go a different route. It just kind of evolved over about a week and a half of sitting in my garage. After the aqua I decided to go grey. It was just too much plainness on an already plain piece. So for some pizazz I added chevron stripes. I didnt measure and calculate, I just kind of eyeballed. That's where the perfectly imperfect came in. After striping, I distressed heavily with my sander which brought out all the layers of color, finished up with poly and there you have it!
