White Distressed Hope Chest

I picked up this very unusual piece of furniture at an estate sale while visiting my mother. At first glance I thought it was a large cedar chest. Instead of having a lift top it has doors and drawers. I am calling it a hope chest. Here is what she looked like before the makeover~
Not too bad but the top was not in good shape. I sanded, primed and painted. The paint color I used was Dove White by Valspar. It is the most perfect soft white, in my opinion. I painted the interior with a pale pink and lined the drawers with fabric. The hardware also got a makeover, Satin Nickel with an overspray of black for a perfect antiqued silver patina.
